Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, of course! You can do all of this in the billing dashboard.

Are taxes included in the prices?

The prices shown are exclusive of any applicable sales taxes such as VAT.

What are my payment options?

Currently, we only offer payments by credit card. If your organization cannot pay by credit card, please contact us at support@soon.works to arrange an alternative payment method. For our annual subscriptions, we can issue you with an invoice and accept payment via bank transfer.

Do you offer a discount for non-profits?

Who can access and manage the subscription?

Only the team owner and billing manager(s) can access the billing dashboard and manage the team subscription.

Do I pay for deactivated users?

You don't pay for deactivated users. You will only get billed for users with the active, invited, and created status. If someone you already paid for becomes deactivated, we'll add a prorated credit to your account for the unused time — fair's fair.

Can I change the team size?

Yes, you can change your team size at any point during your subscription. You’ll be charged a prorated fee for adding new users and a refund on your next payment for deactivating users.

Do I need to renew my subscription manually?

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

When will cancellation take effect?

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer no refunds.

Do you offer a mobile application?

Soon is a so-called Progressive Web App (PWA), a new kind of app that combines the best of web and platform-specific (native) apps for an ultimate user experience. A PWA does not require to be downloaded through an app store, is always up-to-date with the latest version, is very lightweight in terms of size, and can be installed on any device.
